Like clockwork (no pun intended), the new operating system is now rolling out for the Galaxy Watch 5 series. Users of both the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro have reported that they are now officially getting an over-the-air update to One UI 5 Watch, based on Wear OS 4. The update itself is based on Android 13 and comes with a slew (However Clearing cookies in all 3 apps should be enough.) Then reseted my watch and went through the initial set up of language and location on it. Next, I went to my phone's Bluetooth settings, searched for devices and paired my phone with the watch (I had to confirm a pairing number on both phone and watch).
The Watch 5 Pro, meanwhile, starts at $559 CAD. Samsung is expected to officially unveil the Galaxy Watch 5 series alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 at an event on August 10. More on Samsung:

Go to the ‘Phone App’ on the Galaxy watch. Now tap on the ‘contact icon’ or ‘keyboard icon’ and choose a number or dial a number, respectively. Once the number is entered or chosen, you can hit on the ‘green phone icon’ and start the call. That’s it; the call will connect to the number you dialed without using a phone.
